What you earn

$100 CAD per successful referral, paid by e-transfer. No cap on how many you can refer. Refer 10 businesses, earn $1,000. Refer 50, earn $5,000. Every paid signup counts.

What counts as a successful referral

A business that signs up for the GroundWork Full Front Office package — $349/month through your personal referral link, and completes their first full month's payment.

The $199 Presence and $549 Premium packages do not qualify for this program. This program is for the $349 Full Front Office only — website, billing, and Vera call answering together as a package.

Partial signups, free trials, cancelled accounts, or chargebacks do not qualify.

When you get paid

Within 7 days of the client's first successful monthly payment clearing. We e-transfer to the address you register with. No chasing required — if a qualifying signup came through your link, you get paid automatically.

One payout per client

Each unique client business generates one $100 payout. If a client cancels and later re-signs, no second payout is issued. One business, one referral fee, full stop.

What disqualifies a referral

Self-referral. Signing up your own business using your own referral code is prohibited and voids your eligibility permanently. We verify by email address and phone number.

Financial interest. Referring a business you own, co-own, or have a direct financial stake in does not qualify.

Wrong package. Referrals that result in a Presence or Premium signup do not qualify, regardless of what was discussed beforehand.

Fraud or misrepresentation. Any attempt to game, manipulate, or abuse the program — including coaching clients to sign up and cancel — voids eligibility permanently and forfeits any pending payouts.

Your registration

You must be registered and approved before any referral credit applies. Signups that occur before your approval date do not qualify, even if you later register. Credit is established at the moment the intake form is submitted — not at the time of payment.

Program limits

We cap the number of active representatives at any time. We reserve the right to close the program, pause new registrations, or deactivate any rep at any time. Active reps will receive reasonable notice of any program closure. Deactivated reps retain credit for any qualifying signups that occurred while they were active.

No employment relationship

Participating in this program does not make you an employee, contractor, or agent of GroundWork or Computers Edmonton. You are an independent referrer with no guaranteed earnings, no exclusivity, and no ongoing obligations on either side.

Final say

GroundWork has final authority on all payout decisions. If we determine a referral was obtained through misrepresentation, self-dealing, or abuse of the program, we reserve the right to withhold or reverse the payout. We'll always tell you why.
